Just as the year has seasons, my cycling has been following a rhythm of changing cycles. I have enjoyed an active summer riding calendar and followed it up with lots of pleasant fall rides. In November, I’ll go indoors for interval work through March. This helps me maintain great cardio-respiratory conditioning, as well as the strength and power of my legs. My clients have discovered that they can build strength and power by training with me. Our indoor cycling classes offer a variety of interval training sessions (8 each week) that provide the opportunity to work on posture, position, pedal dynamics as well as power, strength and cardio-respiratory fitness.
